Exchange or store credit within 14 days from date of purchase. All merchandise must be in original, unused condition, and manufacturer's labels and tags intact. Please note that sale items cannot be returned.

If you notice any defects in your clothes, you can either phone our store or go to our store personally with the receipt of the item. We will a) either attempt to replace the item, or b) send it to be repaired and return it back to you as soon as possible.

PurpleSaurus has three major sales:

1. Winter Semi-Annual Sale (January - 1st Saturday)
2. Spring/ Summer Semi-Annual Sale (June - 3rd Saturday)
3. Sidewalk Sale (July)
